Una vez reducido, cubrimos todo con el caldo de pollo y le añadimos un poco de sal . Se va removiendo hasta que se consuma el caldo sin dejar que quede seco, pues debe quedar cremoso. El tiempo aproximado es de 30 a 45 minutos, depende de lo "hecha" que nos guste la carne. Luego se echan todos los ingredientes en la cacerola. Se sigue cociendo durante unos 20 minutos más, hasta que las papas estén blandas (blandas, pero que no se deshagan). Entonces sacamos las papas, el pimiento, el ajo, la cebolla, y lo pasamos por la batidora (le añadimos un poco de agua) y cuando esté todo licuado, lo volvemos a echar a la cacerola.
